Within 24 hours of the order being placed, an automated tracking confirmation is sent to the email address of the person placing the order, allowing them to track the delivery route and arrange for immediate retrieval when left at the door.

Essentialgifting cannot replace stolen or missing packages once the carrier confirms delivery. Please watch tracking updates for delivery times to arrange immediate retrieval.

After the 30-day window, a Store Credit will be issued after reviewing the damage or dissatisfaction criteria.

GUIDELINES:

  • If the product or gift purchased does not meet the expected experience or is received as damaged, a full refund will be issued on the payment transaction within 30 days of Receipt.  Refund is a direct process using the provided transaction payment processor for the order.
