DAMAGES OR DISSATISFACTION: The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is issued by the payment method (check your payment provider for processing lead-time)

After the 30-day window, a Store Credit will be issued upon review of the damage or dissatisfaction criteria.

GUIDELINES:

• If the product or gift purchased does not meet the expected experience or is received as damaged, a full refund will be issued on the payment transaction within 30 days of Receipt.  Refunds are processed directly through the order's payment processor.
• Essentialgifting™ includes complimentary gifts in each box. If the recipient does not like or cannot use the items, they are ineligible for a refund or replacement.
• Send Essentialgifting™ all details of damage or purchase dissatisfaction to the contact form below.
• Details of return/refund will be submitted to the original item purchaser.
